Schools with full private funding and run under the company act are the private schools. They are organized either as a non-profit trust or as a company. VIN has been working in the private schools as well. The state of private schools in Nepal in rural areas is not as developed as in urban areas, still there is lacking in different areas. The students are smarter than community schools but it is in need of more improvements.
